Since founding JJacobs Coaching in 2016, Jamison has been dedicated to empowering leaders and individuals to unlock their potential and achieve extraordinary results. His coaching approach encompasses executive, career, and life coaching, focusing on leadership development, career advancement, work-life balance, and personal fulfillment.
Jamison’s career has been marked by notable achievements, including his role as a Program Coach at Accomplishment Coaching, where he develops and supports fellow coaches in achieving breakthrough results. As a Strategic Advisor for companies like Inertia Resources, Inc. and CoCreateX Inc., Jamison has provided invaluable insights that drive innovation and growth.
Before founding 1099.health, Jamison honed his skills as a Wealth Management Advisor at LPL Financial, where he learned from seasoned industry veterans and developed a successful clientele. He also founded Fissure Co, a digital marketing firm that helps businesses of all sizes enhance their online presence.

Cailin Gallagher, Chief Marketing Officer
Cailin Gallagher brings two decades of expertise in 1099 workforce management to her role as CMO at 1099.health. As the founder of Mooring Companies, she has been committed to helping organizations reduce costs and improve efficiency through technology-driven solutions. Her leadership approach centers on a “lead and facilitate” philosophy, with a focus on empowering independent workers by providing the tools and resources they need to succeed.
Cailin’s career is marked by strategic milestones, including her role as head of national fulfillment for three major communications companies, where she developed a transparent and scalable approach to building a nationwide network of qualified 1099 workers. Her deep interest in SaaS technology and its capacity to accelerate organizational growth drives her to focus on meeting the needs of independent workers and equipping them with innovative tools.
As a Strategic Advisor to companies like Field Nation, Retainoo, Retainoo Grow, and 4River Media, Cailin has consistently delivered valuable insights that foster creative solutions and operational excellence.

Tina Muheim, Head of Agent Partnerships
Tina Muheim is an experienced life and health insurance agent based in Philadelphia, PA, with an impressive 33-year career in the insurance industry. Specializing in providing personalized solutions, Tina helps clients navigate life and health insurance complexities, ensuring they have the coverage they need to protect their families and businesses, offering retirement income products and group health insurance options for 1099 workers, entrepreneurs, and small business owners.
In addition to her insurance expertise, Tina is also a certified coach, working with clients worldwide. Her coaching practice, focused on heart-centered and holistic approaches, supports tech professionals, athletes, and other high achievers in managing stress, avoiding burnout, and achieving a healthy work-life balance. Tina integrates certifications in NLP, Somatic Coaching, EQi 2.0/360, and trauma and DEI-informed coaching into her practice, combining emotional intelligence and personal dynamics to create transformative results.
